By accessing or using GENPROMPT (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a legally binding contract between you and the operator of GENPROMPT.
GENPROMPT is a web application that generates text-based prompts, stylistic descriptors and lyrical content for use with third-party AI music generation tools such as Suno AI. The Service is provided on a freemium basis: a Free tier with daily quotas and a Pro tier (€9.99/month) with expanded features.
You must create an account to use the generator. You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, for all activity occurring under your account, and for providing accurate information during registration.
Free accounts are limited to 35 prompt generations and 10 lyrics generations per day. Pro accounts are subject to fair-use limits intended to prevent abuse. We reserve the right to modify these limits with prior notice. Automated scripting, scraping or circumvention of quotas is prohibited and may result in immediate suspension.
The Pro plan costs €9.99 per month and renews automatically until cancelled. Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. We do not store your full card number or CVV on our servers. VAT is automatically calculated and included for EU customers via Stripe Tax. You can view, manage, or cancel your subscription at any time from the customer portal linked in the app. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current billing period unless otherwise required by law.
Consumers resident in the European Union normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts (Directive 2011/83/EU). Because GENPROMPT is digital content supplied immediately upon subscription, by clicking "Subscribe" and starting to use the service you: (a) expressly request that performance begins before the 14-day period ends, and (b) acknowledge that, once you generate your first prompt after subscribing, you lose your right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. If you subscribe but do NOT use the Service during the 14-day window, you may request a full refund by contacting us at the address in Section 13. We also grant, at our discretion, goodwill refunds on a case-by-case basis.
Generated prompts and lyrics are provided for your personal and commercial use. GENPROMPT retains no ownership over prompts you generate and grants you a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use them. You remain solely responsible for how you use the outputs, including compliance with the terms of any third-party AI tool (e.g. Suno AI). The GENPROMPT name, logo, UI, codebase and datasets remain the exclusive property of the operator.
You may not: (i) reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the Service; (ii) use automated scripts, bots or scrapers to access the Service; (iii) share, resell or sublicense your account credentials; (iv) use the Service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes third-party rights; (v) use the Service to build a competing product; (vi) circumvent billing or rate limits.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer-protection law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings; deletion is immediate and permanent (subject to legal retention periods for billing records).
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. EU consumers retain the mandatory protections of the law of their country of residence. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the consumer's place of residence within the EU, or, for non-consumer claims, to the courts of Spain. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified at least 15 days in advance via email or an in-app banner. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
